Governance Q&A Informational Meeting

An informational meeting will be held Sunday, September 27th at 2:00 pm at the pavilion. Several Governance committee members will be present to answer any questions or concerns you have before you submit your votes regarding the dues increase and By-Law changes. If you are unable to attend, please call a Governance committee member with your questions to get accurate information rather than relying on rumors circulating around the lake. A few clarifications: • Dues per lot: The Board has NOT discussed charging dues on each lot a homeowner owns — that question came up recently and the answer is no. • Proxy votes: There are 6 questions on the ballot. Each homeowner is encouraged to read the information provided and be personally represented by their own vote rather than handing their Proxy to someone else. Bring your questions — the Governance committee is here to help you vote with accurate information.
